Choice of restaurants within 2 mins walk + 15 mins drive to Intnl Airport - during peak hours Mumbai traffic. uber location : Opposite Sugun multi-speciality hospital. Hotel itself is above Unity Finance Bank and board reads Konak Hotel (and NOT Best hotel).Slightly confusing but still nothing major.

Good place to stay for a night, close to the airport. The staff was great, very helpful and service minded. Breakfast was good (but not big).

Clean and modern room - matched the pictures which is rare for Mumbai at this price range. Security guards at both entrances.

It is difficult to find, but you can ask the locals. I did not face a problem with that. The staff at the reception works very professionally and professionally. Mr. Altaf is always smiling. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Khurshid, is a man with a high level of morals. I was hoping to meet him, but circumstances , the hotel Close to the mosque, just a few steps away, the water pressure is good, the facilities are generally good, and the Wi-Fi works quickly

Location wise this place is very near to the airport And everything is close by from restaurant to supermarket Staff is very friendly and the owner is very helpful Hotle is clean and neat 10 out of 10

It is quiet, becouse big Windows. Its clean. Air Condition, it is really really cheap! :) its ever somebody there day and night, you have a Telephon and order what you need (drink or food) TV also with english Television, WLAN, a comfortable Bed, Shower, WC! The Personal comes fast and is really friendly!

I really enjoyed my stay in Mumbai at The Best Hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. Daily cleaning service was provided along with bathroom amenities such as towel, toilet paper and soap. Breakfast was included in my booking. You can decide between various Indian breakfast dishes such as Idli-Vada, Samosa Pav and many more along with delicious chai. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Even when I fell sick once, they helped me a lot. Free Wifi was also available throughout the hotel. I also loved the surrounding as there are many shops, bakeries, restaurants and druggist shops. As a female solo traveller I always felt safe,

A good value place for a short stay. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful staff. About 20 minutes by taxi to the airport, 15 minutes to the nearest metro station.

I felt welcomed. The communication was perfect. It is clean, although it is not European level, that means the blankets are not 100% clinic white, but super freshly washed. The stuff is helpful. The area vivid but local. Everything nearby. To book a taxi over the reception is helpful and easy.

The person MR Hassan in the front desk was so polite and dispit we had come before the chicken in time he had given us the room with no Hassel and helped us a lot The hotel staf is v good and v polite I had a v good stay
